The expanded project covers 22,700 square meters of space, incorporating the construction of five dedicated data halls alongside administrative facilities. Beyond the primary structure, the scope includes extensive site development and the installation of underground utility networks essential for high-capacity operations.

Work on the site is already underway, having commenced in March 2026. Skanska expects to finalize the project by the first quarter of 2028. The financial value of this contract will be fully recognized within the company’s US order bookings for the second quarter of 2026.
