The company has launched a formal search for a new leader to head Global Coffee Co., a process spearheaded by board chairman Pamela Patsley. While the search remains active, current CEO Tim Cofer will assume direct oversight of the coffee business to ensure operational continuity during the transition. Cofer, who is slated to lead the standalone Beverage Co. after the separation, emphasized that the firm remains on track to meet its 2026 financial targets, including the integration of JDE Peet's.
Beyond the leadership shift, the company confirmed that Patsley will transition into the role of Chairman of the Board for the future Global Coffee Co. post-separation. Keurig Dr Pepper also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance, projecting net sales between $25.9 billion and $26.4 billion with constant currency adjusted diluted earnings per share growth in the low-double-digit range.
