Marzullo’s elevation follows an 18-year tenure at the company, where he climbed from Senior Vice President of Sales to President. During his time in leadership, he directed the company’s pivot into a technology-enabled, omni-channel partner, overseeing more than a dozen acquisitions. Ostenso, who led the firm for over twenty years, characterized the change as a formalization of the current operational reality rather than a sudden departure. He remains active in the company, concentrating on enterprise growth and strategic partnerships.
The leadership shift arrives as Ironmark prepares to roll out new product and technology initiatives intended to further integrate its digital and physical service offerings. Marzullo stated that the company plans to continue prioritizing investment in its internal teams and client relationships to maintain its current growth trajectory. By moving to the board, Ostenso intends to act as a steward of the organization's culture while supporting the firm’s continued expansion in the marketing and print fulfillment sectors.
