This integration follows the company's earlier purchase of Luminar Semiconductor, further consolidating its expertise in laser and detector fabrication.

CEO Yuping Huang stated that the acquisition accelerates the company’s manufacturing timeline by years. While the firm previously relied on its small-scale "Fab 1" facility in Tempe, Arizona, the new assets provide the capacity required to meet growing demand in artificial intelligence, defense, and secure communications. NHanced will function as a wholly owned subsidiary, maintaining its existing client commitments while serving as the engine for the parent company's vertically integrated platform.
