Irby brings over 13 years of specialized experience to the role, having managed more than 400 transactions ranging from $10 million to $500 million in enterprise value. His background includes leadership positions at firms such as ADG Venture Group and Dixon Hughes Goodman, where he developed expertise in buy-side and sell-side diligence across sectors including healthcare, technology, and energy. His appointment enables the firm to provide a comprehensive "Core 4" advisory offering, encompassing valuation, transaction opinions, CFO advisory, and now, Quality of Earnings.

Curt Germany, Senior Managing Director of GA Group Financial Advisory Services, noted that the move bridges a critical gap in the firm’s ability to support clients throughout the entire M&A lifecycle. Irby holds a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and maintains active memberships with the AICPA and the Association for Corporate Growth.
