Azuma House Profits Slide as Revenue Contracts

Azuma House Co. Ltd. reported a significant contraction in its fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, with net profit falling to 504.00 million yen from 765.00 million yen in the previous year. The Japanese firm’s latest financial disclosures reveal broad declines across all key performance metrics compared to 2025 results.

Revenue for the period dropped to 11.62 billion yen, down from 13.28 billion yen the year prior. This top-line pressure translated into a weaker bottom line, as operating profit retreated to 1.01 billion yen against the 1.23 billion yen recorded in 2025. Pretax profit followed a similar trajectory, settling at 917.00 million yen compared to 1.15 billion yen previously. Consequently, per-share earnings slipped to 62.68 yen from 95.07 yen. These figures were prepared under Japanese accounting standards.
