The expansion was executed in collaboration with Trigent, a technology services firm that provided the operational framework and recruitment strategy required to launch the site. By utilizing a modular delivery model, the partners established governance and compliance protocols from the outset, allowing the center to function independently immediately upon launch.

Mike Adler, Chief Technology and Product Officer at N-able, noted that the structured approach provided by Trigent allowed the company to bypass typical startup delays, ensuring the center was equipped with the necessary talent to integrate seamlessly into its global mission. For Trigent, the project highlights the utility of its specialized playbook for multinational firms looking to establish a low-risk footprint in India’s tech ecosystem. The Bengaluru hub is now slated to expand its engineering scope, functioning as a primary engine for N-able's ongoing innovation strategy.
