The digital commerce search market, currently valued at approximately $17.41 billion, is shifting rapidly toward generative AI and conversational shopping. According to Gartner, search and product discovery solutions are becoming essential tools for B2B and B2C organizations aiming to navigate, filter, and compare products in an increasingly complex online landscape.

At the heart of Constructor’s platform is its Commerce Reasoning Engine, which utilizes reinforcement learning to tailor shopping experiences based on individual intent and behavior. CEO Eli Finkelshteyn noted that the company’s focus on connected, personalized journeys across multiple channels—from search and recommendations to agentic AI—aligns with the evolving expectations of modern buyers. The company reported powering over 322 billion product discovery interactions last year, maintaining a growth rate that has expanded its customer base by 82% year-over-year.

Beyond the Gartner report, Constructor’s recent momentum includes recognition as a leader in Forrester’s commerce search wave and the IDC MarketScape vendor assessment. The company also holds the 'Customers' Choice' designation in the 2025 Gartner Peer Insights report, further establishing its footprint as a critical infrastructure provider for global retail brands.
