The project officially opens to the public on June 27 with an event featuring model home tours, food trucks, and promotional pricing. The builder is showcasing the Rosewood plan, a single-story design that highlights the community's focus on flexibility, including options for three-car detached garages. Homes at Echo Grove range from 2,770 to 3,829 square feet, with configurations offering between three and five bedrooms.
Division President Tom Bowers emphasized the site's strategic value, citing proximity to Highway 400 and retail hubs like Lanier Commons as key draws for buyers. The homes are priced starting in the low $600s and include premium finishes such as quartz countertops and LG stainless-steel appliances. Beyond the individual properties, the community includes dedicated walking trails and a playground. Sales operations are currently based at 8510 Oak Hollow Way, where Century Communities is also promoting its digital purchasing platform, allowing buyers to reserve homes and sign contracts electronically.
