Chimney Collective Expands Executive Leadership Team

Nashville-based Chimney Collective has tapped three new executives to oversee its growing network of residential masonry and fireplace service providers. The appointments of Brent Travers, Coady Rapp, and Mike Morrow mark a strategic push to strengthen the platform’s financial, human resources, and operational infrastructure as it scales nationally.

Brent Travers joins the firm as Vice President of Finance and Controller, bringing a background in audit and multi-site financial operations to manage the company's reporting and growth initiatives. Coady Rapp steps into the role of Vice President of Human Resources, where she will oversee employee experience, recruiting, and the integration of HR technology across the platform. Mike Morrow rounds out the expansion as Vice President of Operations, tasked with driving field execution and managing M&A-related process improvements.

Co-founders Rhett Hogan and Branson Tibbs emphasized that these hires are intended to support the company’s "people-first" model. By centralizing systems and support, the leadership team aims to preserve the local brand identity and customer relationships of the individual businesses within the Chimney Collective network. The platform continues to focus on acquiring and supporting owner-operators in the chimney, fireplace, and masonry sectors.
