Valvoline Launches Saudi Arabian Hub to Expand Regional Footprint

Jeddah now serves as the nerve center for Valvoline Global Operations’ expansion across the Middle East and Africa. The company officially launched the Valvoline Arabia Lubricants Company, a new commercial entity designed to marry 160 years of technical expertise with localized distribution strategies throughout Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region.

The newly established ValCo will operate from a headquarters in Jeddah, housing essential functions including sales, marketing, and human resources. By integrating global lubricant technologies with regional market knowledge, the firm aims to streamline product accessibility for both individual consumers and commercial partners.

Samuel Raudales, Senior Vice President for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, described the move as a critical step in the company’s broader international growth agenda. Beyond mere distribution, the entity is positioned to support Saudi Arabia’s economic development through advanced technical services. Valvoline Global, which maintains a presence in over 140 countries, intends for this hub to serve as a sub-regional anchor for its operations across the broader Middle East and Africa territory.
