In his new capacity, Kenworthy will oversee the company's technology strategy and engineering roadmap. He is tasked with unifying manufacturing, software, and quality control operations to drive automation and refine production efficiency at the firm's VulcanOne facility. His mandate includes expanding the platform's capabilities to handle increasingly complex industrial requirements.

Kenworthy brings two decades of experience to the role, having previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Relativity Space. His career includes leadership tenures at Seurat Technologies, Divergent, GE Aviation, and Honeywell. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he joins the company at a pivot point where VulcanForms is attempting to shift from foundational technology development to broader commercial deployment. CEO Kevin Kassekert noted that Kenworthy’s background in scaling engineering organizations is essential for pushing the company's first-principles manufacturing model into high-volume production.
