Dr. Cortes established her practice after earning a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico. Her clinical expertise includes spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and posture assessments, bolstered by her Webster Certification for pregnancy-related pelvic care. She serves a broad patient base spanning Cumming, Gainesville, Alpharetta, and neighboring communities, emphasizing long-term wellness over temporary relief.

Her path to medicine was preceded by a background as a dental assistant and a high-level athletic career. A former national team representative for Puerto Rico in open water swimming and water polo, Dr. Cortes also placed as first runner-up in the Miss World Puerto Rico pageant. She credits mentors Lorenil Hancock and Astrid Pilar for shaping her professional standards. Currently, she is focused on scaling Cortes Chiropractic, with strategic plans to open new locations across Georgia and Puerto Rico to increase access to natural healthcare.
