Corley began his professional journey with a two-decade tenure at IFF, where he spearheaded global procurement and cultivated an expertise in natural raw materials. He later founded Royal Aromatics, which eventually evolved into Trilogy Fragrances. Following the company’s 2012 acquisition by Symrise, Corley helped establish the Purescent division, cementing his reputation as a leader in the naturals sector.

Joining Custom Essence in 2014, Corley initially led the company’s Naturals Division before assuming the role of Chief Sales Officer in 2016. During his tenure, he transformed the firm’s commercial organization and bolstered its standing within the middle-market fragrance industry. Beyond his corporate duties, Corley spent over 20 years as an adjunct professor at Monmouth University, mentoring students and shaping future business leaders. While he is retiring from his full-time executive position, Corley will continue to serve Custom Essence in a consulting capacity to assist with the leadership transition and ongoing business development.
