Figueroa has been a central figure in the company’s Pride employee resource group, driving initiatives that provide educational programming and year-round support for LGBTQ+ staff. This accolade coincides with broader recognition for the firm; earlier this year, BestCompaniesAZ named Achieve one of the top three workplaces for LGBTQ+ employees in its 2026 rankings.
