Novilla RNG, established in 2021, specializes in capturing methane from dairy operations to convert it into pipeline-quality fuel. With five projects currently operational, the company intends to use this financing to bring additional greenfield sites online, serving transportation and utility markets. The firm operates under the guidance of a management team boasting over a century of combined experience in the infrastructure sector.

Benjamin Shenwick, a principal at Power Sustainable, noted that the investment highlights Novilla's technical capabilities and its systematic approach to building a scalable platform. For Novilla, the deal offers the flexible capital required to transition projects from development to active production. This transaction marks the tenth investment for Power Sustainable’s infrastructure credit strategy, which recently surpassed $1 billion in total aligned capital.
