The developer, Eisenhower Property Group, is overseeing the 2,500-home project situated off State Road 52. Mattamy Homes plans to utilize its allocation to build 73 40-foot lots and 72 50-foot lots, offering buyers a selection of 13 distinct floorplans. These residences will range from 1,787 to 3,067 square feet, featuring options for up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Construction of model homes is set to highlight the builder’s signature aesthetic, with sales scheduled to open in summer 2027.

Bob Meyn, President of Mattamy’s Tampa Division, noted that the site’s proximity to Interstate 75 and major employment hubs makes it an essential addition to the firm's regional portfolio. Beyond the housing stock, the Verona community is designed with 2,000 acres of preserved open space and agricultural land. Residents will have access to a suite of amenities slated for completion by mid-2027, including a fitness center, resort-style pool, pickleball courts, and extensive trail networks.
