The transition marks a pivotal shift for the Houston-based company as it scales its national footprint. Clark, who previously served as president and chief operating officer, has been a central architect of the brand’s operational foundation and growth strategy. Mathis expressed full confidence in his successor, citing Clark’s deep institutional knowledge as the primary engine for the firm’s future expansion.

Alongside the CEO appointment, the company is restructuring its senior management layer. Henry Shine, formerly the chief strategy officer, will step into the role of president, while Mark Sandoval moves from vice president of operations to chief operating officer. These executives, working alongside CFO Michael Arnett, are tasked with maintaining momentum following the company's recent entry into the Georgia market through the acquisition of Sparkle Express.

WhiteWater Express currently manages a portfolio of more than 150 locations across eight states. With 10 additional sites slated to open before the end of the year, the new leadership team faces the mandate of balancing rapid de novo development with the company's established service standards.
