Miller brings extensive experience advising sponsors on complex transactions, including physician practice investments, pharmaceutical services, and medical device platforms. His portfolio also spans software, industrials, and manufacturing, covering a wide range of deal structures such as leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, and capital restructurings. Before this appointment, he served as a partner at Goodwin and previously practiced at Kirkland & Ellis.
