Basom brings a background in scaling high-growth SaaS businesses, having previously served as CEO of Supplier.io and held senior positions at Infor. Her mandate at TrackVia involves accelerating go-to-market strategies and integrating AI-driven capabilities into the company’s workflow and compliance platforms. The firm, which maintains FedRAMP Ready status, focuses on high-stakes environments where reliability and regulatory adherence are critical.
Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity team, which holds a stake in the company, plans to support Basom as she pursues both organic growth and potential strategic acquisitions. According to Maitlan Cramer, co-lead of Software Growth Equity at Bow River, the partnership aims to leverage the platform’s strong customer retention to capture a larger share of the regulated commercial and federal markets. Basom intends to address the increasing complexity faced by organizations by refining the platform’s adaptability and speed in managing mission-critical operations.
