AeroVironment set the pace with a robust performance, reporting fourth-quarter revenue that more than doubled to surpass analyst expectations. The surge pushed the company's shares up 20% to $166.17. Similarly, Gain Therapeutics jumped 19% to $2.36 after securing FDA approval to initiate a Phase 2 clinical trial for its Parkinson’s disease treatment.

Meanwhile, Praxis Precision Medicines saw its stock dip 3.1% to $339.90 after the FDA extended the review period for its epilepsy treatment application by three months.
