With a donation exceeding $14 million to children’s hospitals, 7-Eleven, Inc. is framing its 2025 business strategy around social responsibility. The report, which focuses on the pillars of people, planet, and products, emphasizes the company's "Good Made Easy" initiative. According to Treasa Bowers, the firm's Executive Vice President and Chief People and Sustainability Officer, the strategy aims to integrate environmental stewardship directly into the daily operations of its vast network. This includes replacing aging HVAC systems with high-efficiency alternatives to lower the energy intensity of store operations.

Product-related changes also serve as a key marker of the company's environmental goals. Specifically, the redesign of the 7-Select Seeds & Nuts packaging line cut plastic consumption by approximately 10,400 pounds over the course of the year. Beyond internal operations, the company continues to leverage its scale for charitable impact, directing funds to 113 local children's hospitals through the Children's Miracle Network. These contributions were generated through a combination of tournament events and consistent in-store fundraising campaigns across the Speedway, 7-Eleven, and Stripes retail brands.
