The redevelopment project, supported by Wisconsin’s Idle Sites Redevelopment Program, marks the company's most significant investment in its hometown since its 2019 launch. The initiative addresses the deterioration of the site, including a total reconstruction of the parking lot, while repurposing the structure to accommodate the rapid growth of the brand, which currently holds the top spot for privately owned food and beverage companies on the Inc. 5000 list.
Moving beyond traditional office space, the facility will feature a tap house, product innovation experiences, virtual manufacturing tours, and flexible community gathering areas. By integrating these public-facing amenities, co-founders Adam and Amanda Kroener intend to drive foot traffic to the surrounding downtown area and provide a boost to local restaurants and shops. Carbliss expects to move into the facility in 2027, vacating its current 3,200-square-foot office on E Clifford Street. Construction planning is currently led by Fond du Lac-based Excel Engineering, with further design details expected in the coming months.
