Park, a Fredericksburg resident for the past five years, pursued the franchise after becoming a regular customer. He noted that the business serves as a community hub, providing a space for neighbors to gather. Darren Tipton, CEO of Paris Baguette, praised the opening as part of the brand’s mission to restore the neighborhood bakery as a central community fixture.
