The renovation emphasizes a seamless guest experience, providing curated beach setups, clambakes, and local excursion planning to leverage the inn’s proximity to one of the Northeast’s most acclaimed beaches.

John Paul Martignetti, co-owner of the hospitality group, noted that the vision for the property focuses on balancing legacy with convenience. Beyond the peak summer season, the inn intends to attract visitors during quieter months, positioning itself as a year-round destination for coastal getaways.
