Martin’s promotion follows a 21-year tenure at the firm, where he previously served as chief sales officer. His track record includes managing teams across North America and the United Kingdom, focusing on industrial maintenance and reliability solutions. CEO Jeff Owens noted that Martin’s deep institutional knowledge was a deciding factor, citing his ability to align internal culture with external customer requirements.
In his new capacity, Martin will work directly under Owens to sharpen the company’s long-term growth strategy. The transition aims to unify the company’s sales and operational wings, ensuring that its technology-driven maintenance services remain competitive for the more than 1,400 manufacturing sites currently supported by the provider. Martin emphasized that his priority remains solving immediate operational challenges for clients while scaling the company's existing service foundation.
