Featuring over 350 exhibits across 11 categories—ranging from rural revitalization to urban regeneration—the display avoids a singular definition of Chinese style. Instead, it highlights how architects are balancing regional heritage with structural innovation and AI-assisted design. The physical structure itself utilizes recyclable composite panels made from eucalyptus and pine fibers, underscoring a commitment to sustainable building practices.

Beyond the physical installation, the project leveraged digital technology to reach a broader audience, launching a cloud platform that hosted 10,000 virtual visitors alongside 6,000 in-person guests. During the congress, the Architectural Society of China confirmed that Beijing will host the next UIA World Congress in 2029, signaling a growing international role for the country's professional community. Liu Yulong, the pavilion’s chief curator, emphasized that the exhibition serves as a platform for sharing how Chinese architects respond to modern realities rather than imposing a static set of design answers.
