The unit utilizes a perovskite solar panel to replenish its 10,000mAh battery, even in low-light conditions. Beyond its energy-harvesting capabilities, the lock integrates AI-driven fingerprint sensors capable of 0.15-second identification and 3D liveness detection to thwart unauthorized entry attempts.

Following its debut, the device received scrutiny from industry professionals at the 2026 ALOA Convention & Security Expo in Las Vegas, where it was featured in the event's New Product Showcase. CEO Mark Dong noted that the design shifts the focus from manual battery maintenance to a self-sustaining model. The lock includes built-in Wi-Fi for remote management via the DESLOC app and maintains compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant without requiring a separate hub.
