SINEXCEL Unveils StellaON 1250K/1575K for European Energy Storage

At Intersolar Europe 2026, SINEXCEL introduced its StellaON 1250K/1575K power conversion system, designed to bolster grid stability and lifecycle efficiency. By integrating Infineon's EconoDUAL 3 modules, the hardware aims to overcome traditional thermal limitations and meet stringent European grid requirements through enhanced omni-adaptability.

The StellaON series maintains continuous output at 55°C, a threshold 10°C higher than the industry average. This thermal resilience eliminates 15-20% of power derating, allowing operators to reduce oversizing costs by up to 20%. Housed in an IP65-rated enclosure with a C5 anti-corrosion rating, the units operate at a quiet 65 dB, facilitating deployment in European urban environments with strict noise regulations.

Technical performance is anchored by grid-forming capabilities, including support for NC RfG 2.0 standards and black-start functionality. The system permits four AC/DC units to operate in parallel, providing the redundancy needed for utility-scale applications. With a peak efficiency of 98.5%, the platform targets a lower Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS) across modular configurations ranging from 2.5MW to 12.5MW stations. Maintenance is streamlined through a self-cleaning design and a Mean Time Between Failures exceeding 300,000 hours, ensuring 99% uptime. Following a successful pilot in Vietnam, SINEXCEL has already secured over 500 MW in orders, with projects currently underway across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.
