The heart features white chocolate, vanilla caviar, and marshmallow fluff, anchored by a base of soft musk. According to Kattan, the decision to produce the fragrance was a direct response to thousands of requests from followers who fell in love with the concept after the brand teased a fictional 'Kitten Musk' product.

The launch represents a shift toward community-led product development, with the campaign featuring a roster of fragrance influencers set against an Old Hollywood-inspired aesthetic. The scent will be housed in the brand’s signature diamond-shaped bottle, which features a pearlescent finish. The number 22 in the name refers to the specific number of formulation rounds required to reach the final scent profile. Ahead of the global release, the product will see limited previews, including a July 7 activation at the KAYALI Café at Sephora Champs-Élysées and a July 9 arrival at Selfridges in the United Kingdom.
