Keddy brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, energy, and the aluminum sector to the role. Most recently, he managed profitability and large-scale investment projects at Novelis, where he oversaw complex acquisition integrations and business transformations. His background in driving commercial operations will be central to the integration of the Fairmont facility as the company prepares to ramp up production volumes in the latter half of the year.
Company leadership, including Chair Göksal Güngör and COO Atilla Cetinel, highlighted Keddy’s operational expertise as a critical asset for the firm’s long-term commitment to the North American market. Keddy, who holds an Executive MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, will focus on scaling the Fairmont site to meet rising customer demand for flat-rolled aluminum products.
