Under the terms of the agreement, Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC will absorb the non-attest assets, while Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP will integrate the attest assets, maintaining compliance with professional practice standards.

For LGA, the transition offers access to expanded resources and AI-driven technological infrastructure. Citrin Cooperman CEO Alan Badey emphasized that the cultural alignment between the two firms regarding employee development and client trust served as the primary driver for the deal.
