The project features four distinct home collections—Brixton, Chelsea, Madison, and Ellison—with floor plans spanning 1,229 to 2,066 square feet. These two- to four-bedroom layouts utilize open-concept designs to maximize interior space. Consistent with the builder’s standard model, these units include pre-installed features such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and shaker-style cabinetry.
John Lavender, Division President of Lennar’s California Coastal Division, described the project as a move to provide attainable housing in a high-demand transit corridor. Beyond the individual units, the community includes a pool and shared common spaces intended to facilitate local interaction. Prospective buyers can tour three model homes during a grand opening event scheduled for July 11 at 500 Park Drive, located near major regional hubs like the Dignity Health Sports Park and the SouthBay Pavilion.
