The appointment marks a structural shift for DynamiX, which has traditionally been led by founder and CEO Jeff Jahn. While Jahn will maintain control over product vision and long-term strategy, Springer is tasked with building the operating systems and accountability culture necessary for the company’s next phase of growth. Springer joins the firm following his tenure as CEO of PMW, where he focused on operational transformation and go-to-market execution.
Central to this transition is the expansion of Octane, a platform designed to compete with legacy CMS solutions by emphasizing site speed, AI visibility, and search performance. Beyond direct client services, DynamiX is increasingly leveraging a partner agency model to reach a broader market. Springer will focus on refining this ecosystem, ensuring that the company’s internal growth matches the technical capabilities of its platform.
