The collaboration pairs Talogy’s long-standing psychometric framework with the interactive, AI-powered platforms developed by Symulate. By integrating these systems, the companies intend to move beyond static testing, allowing employers to observe how candidates demonstrate critical behaviors in realistic, digital environments. This shift addresses a persistent industry challenge: scaling complex, simulation-based assessments without sacrificing scientific validity or rigor.

Kim Kemp, VP of Partnerships at Talogy, noted that the initiative focuses on providing clients with deeper, data-backed insights into candidate readiness. For Symulate, the alliance offers a pathway to apply its immersive technology within established corporate evaluation pipelines. Ali Shalfrooshan, Director of Science Strategy at Talogy, emphasized that the goal is to enhance participant engagement while maintaining the objective, evidence-based standards that have defined the company’s history. As both firms align their technical roadmaps, they plan to refine how AI optimizes the assessment process for both the employer and the applicant.
