Childress has been a central figure in scaling VensureHR into the world's largest privately held Professional Employer Organization. Since transitioning from Chief Operating Officer to CFO in 2019 and eventually President in 2024, she has directed the company’s financial strategy and operational expansion. Her tenure includes overseeing more than 108 acquisitions and the development of a global hiring infrastructure that now reaches over 175 countries.

Under her leadership, the organization currently manages payroll for 4.2 million worksite employees across 161,000 businesses. This growth strategy balances proprietary technology investments with a disciplined approach to service delivery. Childress attributes these results to the collective efforts of her team in navigating complex workforce management challenges.
