While the company maintains its deep roots in Southern California, it is now preparing to push beyond its traditional borders.

The cafe recently finalized a development agreement with multi-unit operator Marc Clapper to open two locations in Lafayette, Indiana. This move marks the brand's first venture into the Midwest, signaling a significant shift in its growth strategy. With 15 locations currently serving San Diego County, the company continues to leverage its reputation for scratch-made ingredients and generous portions to anchor its expansion into new markets.
