The company’s new framework integrates automation tools and selective AI to assist human-led delivery across SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise infrastructures. According to CEO Michael Bilotta, the strategy acknowledges that while AI is gaining traction, modern enterprise integration still requires the high-level judgment and complex decision-making that only human experts currently provide.
Trevera intends to roll out these tools throughout fiscal years 2026 and 2027 to drive measurable consistency in client outcomes. By treating AI as one component of a broader enablement philosophy rather than a standalone fix, the firm aims to move away from narrow technology trends toward a more predictable, stability-focused model for managing mission-critical systems.
