His background includes leadership roles at L3Harris and the Abu Dhabi-based ASPIRE, where he managed complex R&D cycles. According to CEO Donald Meyer, this appointment is intended to strengthen the firm’s roadmap for long-duration power solutions designed to reduce reliance on traditional batteries for microelectronics.

The firm is currently focused on scaling its proprietary Nanoscale Energy Harvesting technology. Morrish holds a Ph.D. in analytic chemistry from the University of Maryland and previously directed the Tactical Technology Office at DARPA. His technical oversight will specifically support the company's SBIR initiatives and efforts to integrate its semiconductor components into broader defense and commercial ecosystems.
