The company’s net income reached $4.12 per share, up from $3.50 in the same period last year. Adjusted earnings hit $4.83 a share, edging past the $4.81 consensus estimate from FactSet analysts. Revenue climbed 10% to $4.15 billion, exceeding market expectations of $4.12 billion.
Performance was bolstered by $468 million in revenue from the Mobility division, which remained under the S&P umbrella through the end of June. Chief Executive Martina Cheung confirmed the successful launch of Mobility Global as an independent public entity on July 1. Looking toward the full year, the company projects revenue growth between 5.9% and 7.9%, with adjusted earnings per share forecasted to land in the $17.50 to $17.75 range.
