CEO and co-founder Shaun McFadden described the move as a natural progression for the firm, which has built its reputation on a vertically integrated model that blends architecture, interior design, and construction under one roof. To adapt to the new climate and lifestyle, Azori has partnered with local Scottsdale firms DesignTank and Grady Olsen Design for its initial residential projects.
This growth follows a recent corporate rebrand intended to emphasize a broader, hospitality-driven approach to the home-buying experience. By implementing a dedicated home care program that includes concierge services and warranties, the company aims to replicate the success of its Washington legacy in the competitive Arizona market. The new Scottsdale office will serve as the primary hub for these regional development efforts.
