Third Coast Bancshares CEO to Ring NYSE Closing Bell

Bart Caraway, founder and CEO of Third Coast Bancshares, will take center stage at the New York Stock Exchange to ring the closing bell. Accompanied by his executive team and board members, the Houston-based banking leader marks a ceremonial high point for the firm’s trajectory in the competitive Texas financial market.

The event serves as a symbolic victory for the company, which successfully transitioned to the New York Stock Exchange and launched a dual listing on NYSE Texas in October 2025. Since its inception in 2008, Third Coast has focused on a relationship-driven model that spans the Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Greater Houston, and San Antonio metropolitan areas.

Caraway framed the milestone as a reflection of the bank’s disciplined execution and the sustained trust of its shareholders and customers. The ceremony is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time at the exchange in New York City. Currently, the bank operates 21 branches across the state, maintaining its headquarters in Humble, Texas, while continuing to scale its commercial banking footprint.
