The digital assistant integrates directly into the Kroger Family of Companies websites and mobile applications. According to Yael Cosset, executive vice president and chief digital officer at Kroger, the tool aims to replicate the guidance of in-store associates through an automated interface. Users can upload photos of handwritten lists or paste URLs to generate instant carts, facilitating tasks from routine weeknight dinners to event planning.

Alongside the software launch, the retailer is promoting its private-label portfolio to manage rising household costs during the autumn season. The product lineup includes ready-to-eat breakfast sandwiches, lunchbox-friendly snacks, and pre-prepared frozen dinners. Kroger is also emphasizing its omnichannel fulfillment strategy, offering pickup and delivery options as fast as 30 minutes, with on-demand integration available through DoorDash, Instacart, and Uber Eats.
