STAG Industrial Reports Steady Growth in Second Quarter 2026

STAG Industrial posted a rise in net income and core operating results for the second quarter of 2026, signaling stability in its industrial portfolio. The Boston-based firm reported $52.9 million in net income attributable to stockholders, up from $50 million in the same period last year, alongside sustained leasing demand.

The company’s Core FFO reached $0.65 per diluted share, a 3.2% increase over the second quarter of 2025. Same Store Cash NOI grew by 3.4% to $158.8 million, bolstered by a portfolio-wide occupancy rate of 94.5%. During the quarter, STAG acquired seven buildings totaling 2.6 million square feet for $287.1 million, maintaining an active growth pace while managing a $4 billion acquisition pipeline.

Operational momentum remained strong, with 5.6 million square feet of leases commenced, yielding a cash rent increase of 19.8%. The company also addressed its debt profile by refinancing $350 million in term loans, extending the maturity to 2032. Looking ahead, CEO Bill Crooker noted that the firm enters the latter half of 2026 with a fortified balance sheet and continued focus on its warehouse and distribution assets.
