Arlo Technologies Issues Equity Grants to New Hires

San Jose-based security firm Arlo Technologies has issued 65,624 restricted stock units to eight recent non-executive hires. The equity grants, finalized on July 28, 2026, function as a standard recruitment incentive under NYSE Rule 303A.08, tying the new personnel to the company’s long-term performance.

The restricted stock units are set to vest in four equal annual installments. This structure requires the recipients to maintain continuous employment with the company through each vesting date to secure their full equity interest. The grants were authorized by the Compensation and Human Capital Committee as part of the Arlo Technologies 2018 Equity Incentive Plan.

Arlo, which specializes in AI-driven home security and cloud-connected surveillance hardware, uses these inducement awards to attract specialized talent in a competitive market for smart-home technology. The company continues to focus on its core portfolio of LTE-enabled cameras, video doorbells, and its subscription-based Arlo Secure platform.
