MIND Launches Autonomous AI Agents to Automate Data Loss Prevention

As generative AI accelerates the velocity at which sensitive data flows through corporate networks, human-led security teams are struggling to keep pace. Seattle-based MIND is attempting to bridge this gap by deploying autonomous agents designed to handle routine classification, policy enforcement, and incident remediation tasks without manual oversight.

The platform introduces a suite of specialized agents that function as a force multiplier for overburdened security departments. By automating the creation of business-specific classifiers, analyzing incident patterns, and executing remediation workflows, these tools aim to shift the role of security professionals from manual monitoring to strategic risk management. The company also integrated a Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface, allowing teams to issue commands in natural language through existing AI clients.

Eran Barak, co-founder and CEO of MIND, noted that while AI has transformed how organizations create and share data, security practices have remained stagnant. The new agents—ranging from a Policy Producer to an Issue Investigator—are built to refine policies based on observed behavior and real-time organizational guidance. Current users of the system report an 80% reduction in program effort and a significant decrease in false-positive alerts. Beyond the software launch, MIND recently secured ISO/IEC 42001 certification for responsible AI and joined Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program. The company will showcase these autonomous capabilities at the upcoming Black Hat USA 2026 conference.
