Keeper Security has secured the top position in the 2026 SoftwareReviews Privileged Access Management report, outpacing competitors in user sentiment and customer experience metrics. The report highlights a widening divide in the cybersecurity sector, where 92% of organizations renew their software contracts despite only 64% of users expressing a willingness to recommend their providers. KeeperPAM bypassed this industry trend by scoring highly in ease of administration and implementation, both reaching 85%. These figures suggest that the platform’s focus on intuitive design and consolidated architecture addresses the friction commonly associated with legacy security tools.

Darren Guccione, CEO and co-founder of Keeper Security, attributed the results to the company's focus on simplifying complex infrastructure. By unifying password management, secrets management, and privileged session control into a single cloud-native environment, the platform reduces the need for multiple, disparate point solutions. This performance has fueled significant corporate growth, with the company reporting a 53.42% year-over-year global revenue increase in 2025—more than triple the market average of 15.50%.
