The company’s financial health remains anchored by a massive order backlog, which closed the quarter at $136.5 billion. When accounting for unfunded indefinite delivery contracts and unexercised options, the total potential contract value stands at $186.9 billion. General Dynamics channeled this operational momentum into shareholder returns and debt reduction, paying out $429 million in dividends and trimming total debt by $498 million. The firm ended the quarter with $4.3 billion in cash and equivalents, maintaining a solid liquidity position to support ongoing capital investments.
