Amid this macroeconomic anticipation, IMC Rare Earths is set to begin trading on the NYSE American. The company successfully raised $20 million in its initial public offering, pricing four million shares at $5 apiece. Ed D'Alessandro, CEO of bookrunner Roberts & Ryan, is scheduled to discuss the mechanics and strategy behind the deal on NYSE Live.

Beyond the primary listings, the trading floor will host a variety of corporate milestones. Alicia Douglas, founder and CEO of the WaterRising Institute, will appear on NYSE Live to detail her organization’s new partnership with OUTFRONT Media, an initiative aimed at integrating water infrastructure into capital markets. Additionally, ACORE marks its 25th anniversary of clean energy investment, while T. Rowe Price continues to promote its recently launched Active Crypto ETF.
