Navigate Debuts Health Dashboard to Curb Rising Employer Benefit Costs

With healthcare expenses climbing, West Des Moines-based Navigate Wellbeing Solutions is launching a Health Dashboard designed to bridge the gap between benefit availability and employee action. The platform aims to reduce long-term claims by prompting staff to complete preventive screenings and engage with primary care before health risks intensify.

The tool operates within Navigate’s existing Culture, Care, and Clinical framework, consolidating disparate health data into actionable guidance. By integrating with current health plans and providers, the dashboard provides employees with personalized reminders and resources, effectively turning static benefits into active health management. HR teams gain visibility into care gaps and population health needs, allowing for more precise outreach strategies rather than relying on fragmented point solutions.

Founder and CEO Troy Vincent emphasizes that the platform functions as a connective layer rather than an additional program, ensuring existing resources are utilized more efficiently. To reinforce this commitment to outcomes, Navigate is backing the initiative with a Health Improvement Guarantee, which puts 30% of subscription fees at risk for eligible employers if measurable health improvements are not achieved. This model seeks to shift the focus from reactive expenditure management toward proactive workforce health.
